Shared waiting list
The clients initially connect to the Netretina server and they are placed in a waiting list, which is shared amongst the available support operators.
..........
When your clients connect to your Netretina server, they will be initially kept in waiting to be attended by an available operator. The waiting list is shared amongst the different operators.
The operators can support one or more clients at the same time from their operator module; they can also put a client in waiting to be attended by another operator.
When an operator supports a client, he will see a chat log of the current status gaining knowledge about the last talks, movements and connections of that client.
The operator can change the status of a from online state to waiting state or even disconnect him from the server and close his remote client.
The waiting list shows to operators the info about how many clients are connected, how long they were connected and who is supporting each client.
An operator can easily take a look at the state of the support service anytime.
Operators can also communicate each other via chat.
