Operator control module
This screenshot shows how to control a remote computer using the Netretina operator module.
Remote desktop		 This is a screenshot of the Netretina operator module's login. The operators will have to login into their modules to gain access to them.
Operator login
This screenshot shows the file transfer form which allows you to do all kinds of file and folder operations, you can even create queues to schedule transfers of multiple files and folders.
File transfer		 For each operator profile, you can specify his connection data, operator type, his access privileges and the computers he may connect to; allowing you to limit his functionality depending on the current neccesities.
Operator profile
As we can see here, an operator has established a chat session with a client; when this client shares his desktop, the operator may instantly access the client's remote desktop. A client can also share his files and the operator can access them in the same way.
Operator chat		 You can read the logs of the connections made between two dates (operator, online time, date, etc.) from the statistics & log search screen. You can also print or export this information to excel and pdf file format.
Statistics
This is the Netretina operator module's main screen, where you can access the clients' profiles, reports, and watch the list of the current connected clients. In this screen the operators can also communicate each other.

This screenshot shows the client connection screen where the clients can connect to Netretina server. Clients can also contact a remote support operator via chat.
Client chat		 This is a screenshot of the clients' waiting list. The operators will see a list with the connection state and time of every connected client. An operator will only have to ask a client to share his desktop or files in order to access them remotely. The Netretina operator module can be executed within the same network or over the Internet.

Using a connection code, your clients can directly contact a specific operator avoiding the waiting list.
