This new version of Netretina Software adds a trouble ticket system and a connection code system which allows a client to directly contact a specific operator by entering the code received from him.
With this new trouble ticket system your clients can create a support ticket specifying his problem to the operators who can later respond those tickets from their Netretina operator control module.
The Netretina Server 7.0. Shareware version is only valid for 15 days and limited to 1 concurrent operator.
